Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping fee.
Return & Refund Policy
Because many of our products are made-to-order (including mugs, apparel, and coffee), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sky@wondersociety.store.
Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can verify the issue. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

Cancellations
Because our fulfillment process begins quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance — we’ll do our best to help before your item enters production.
