What types of products do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of premium coffee, made-to-order mugs and apparel, collectible mugs, coffee machines, and accessories. From brew to sip, we have everything coffee lovers need!
How long does shipping take?
- Collector’s Mugs, Coffee Machines, and Accessories: Shipped the next business day, with delivery in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available.
- Made-to-Order Items (Mugs & Apparel): Production takes 2-3 business days, followed by 3-5 business days for shipping.
- Premium Coffee: Production takes 3-5 business days, followed by 3-5 business days for shipping.
- Imported Coffee Machines & Accessories: Certain items may take 7-20 business days for delivery. Check the product details for specific shipping times.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- Clothing & Coffee: Due to the nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
- All Other Products: We offer a 14-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations cannot be accepted once an order is placed.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Many of our products make wonderful gifts. If you’d like to include a gift note, let us know at checkout.

Where do you ship from?
We ship our products from the USA, with select items imported for better selection.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
